South superstar Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2 film was released in the country on 5 December. Which has earned a huge amount of more than Rs 1000 crore till now. A screening of ‘Pushpa 2’ was held at Sandhya Theater in Hyderabad on 4 December. Allu Arjun also participated in this screening. But after his arrival, a stampede broke out in the theater in which a 35-year-old woman died. In this, Allu Arjun was accused that his arrival caused a stampede there due to which the woman died. The police had registered a case against the theater management and Allu Arjun in this matter. And now he has been arrested in this case.

Can I get bail?
The case against Allu Arjun is that it was because of him that he came to the theatre. Due to this a stampede occurred and the woman died. In such a situation, Allu Arjun can be prosecuted under culpable homicide. Under Section 118 of the Indian Judicial Code i.e. BNS, which is done intentionally to cause hurt. And a case is registered under BNS section 105. Under this, someone does any work intentionally or negligently.

Due to which someone dies. In such a situation, under section 118, there could be a jail term of up to 3 years. So the fine can be up to Rs 20 thousand. Under Section 105, there can be a jail term of up to 10 years. However, bail is granted under this section. In this, application for anticipatory bail can be given. This means that after being arrested, Allu Arjun can get bail.
